A faithful summary of the terms, it doesn't replace the full terms.
I build your site from my library of blocks, chosen to look good and load fast: structure, design fitted to your brand (if you have one), assembly and going live. That's what the price covers.
The content (text, photos, video) and the logo are provided by you, or I make them as a paid add-on. I start work only once I have the complete content. That's also when the delivery time starts.
I use only components from my library. Anything outside it (special features, made-to-order elements) is custom: we discuss it and I quote it separately.
One round of changes is included. That means adjusting what I delivered, against the agreed brief, not redesigning the site. Beyond the included round: 59 EUR / hour.
An identical section can appear on several pages at no extra cost. If the content differs from one page to another, each version is counted separately.
The deadline (3 or 5 working days) runs while the ball is in my court. While I wait for content, an answer or approval from you, the clock stops. Requested revisions add to the deadline.

The package is the starting point. The price shown covers what's included in the package; from the configurator you add the sections you need, each at 49 EUR. You see the total before you send anything.

Yes, the first year of hosting is included with both packages, but only if you host the site with liquidcolors. If you keep it elsewhere you can, but the package price stays the same. If you stay with liquidcolors, hosting comes with a contract of at least three years: from the second year you pay in advance, from 3 EUR/month.
50% upfront, after we settle the type of site and the number of pages or sections. That's when I get to work. The remaining 50% before launch.
If you don't have a logo, the site uses a wordmark (the company name styled with brand font and colour), included on the technical side. Logo design and full brand identity are done only through the Pro service.
3 working days for Essential and 5 for Complete. The deadline runs from the moment I have the complete content and while the ball is in my court.

You bring the content (text, photos, video). If you don't have it, I can generate it as a paid add-on. The site structure depends directly on the content, so I start once I have it complete.
